Amsterdam RAI convention centreEuropaplein 22NL-1078 GZ Amsterdam www.rai.nl The EUROMEDLAB Amsterdam 2007 Congress will be held at the Amsterdam RAI convention centre. This modern complex is unquestionably one of Europe's foremost venues for major international events. By public transportation it takes just fifteen minutes to travel from the Amsterdam RAI to the city centre with its attractive canals, pavement cafés, tourist attractions and a wide range of entertainment. There is a stop of Tramline 4 in front of the building that provides a quick and convenient service to all parts of Amsterdam. Besides its own railway station on walking distance (Amsterdam RAI), the convention centre has its own harbour on the side of the complex that borders on the park. This provides a direct connection to Amsterdam's extensive canal network. How To Reach The RAIBy AirLeaving from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol you can reach the Amsterdam RAI by taxi or public transportation in 20 - 30 minutes. A taxi-stand can be found outside the main exit of the airport's arrival hall (for information or prices call +31 (0)20 653 1000). From Schiphol Station, located at the main exit of the airport's arriving hall, trains are leaving to, amongst others, the Amsterdam RAI station and the Amsterdam Central Station (CS).

There are also direct train connections between the Amsterdam RAI station and - for instance - Rotterdam, the Hague, Utrecht and Leiden. By Tram and MetroGVB - Amsterdam public transportationLeaving from the Amsterdam Central Railway Station (CS), you can take the Amstelveen express Metroline 51 (travelling time: 12 minutes, exit at the Amsterdam RAI station) or Tramline 4 (travelling time: 30 minutes, exit at the RAI Europaplein) to the Amsterdam RAI. Also, different bus routes will take you to the RAI.
By CarExit S109 from the A10 circular road will bring you immediately to the Amsterdam RAI, that has large parking facilities, including special ones for disabled persons.
