If paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be included with the registration form. Registrations without proof of payment cannot be accepted. PERSONAL INVITATIONTo facilitate attendance to the congress a personal invitation letter can be sent on request. This invitation does not discharge one from registering and paying the proper congress fee. Please refer to the Organising Secretariat for personal invitations.CURRENCYRegistration fees and charges for all the events related to EUROMEDLAB Amsterdam 2007 as well as hotel or travel costs must be paid in Euro.NAME BADGEParticipants will be given a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The name badge must be worn at all times, because only registered participants will be allowed to enter the congress area. The name badge must also be worn at the social events organised as part of the congress. VISASForeign people may need a visa to enter The Netherlands. Whether a visitor requires a visa depends on the nationality and how long he/she intends to stay in The Netherlands. BURSARIESA limited number of free full registrations to the congress is available for young scientists born after 1972. Cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Organising Secretariat. The amount of 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 15 March 2007. Until 30 April 2007 a refund of 50% of the fee will be provided. After 30 April 2007 no refunds will be issued. CANCELLATION OF THE CONGRESSThe Organising Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the congress, shift venue, or change the dates without notice, in case of force majeure. Neither MZ Congressi nor the Organising Committee shall be liable for any damage claims. CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCEThe certificate of attendance will be issued to those who are properly registered, only for the day/s they are actually taking part to the congress. The certificate of attendance will be available at the registration desk and must be picked up just before departure.
